Engine was free in a trade, frame was free, all the other stuff I had lying around from misc projects. 8hp briggs engine with heavy duty cinti clutch from northern tools ~80$ a few years ago. the clubcar had a yamaha transaxle in it that was in pretty good shape from what I could see. I welded a 12 tooth sprocket to the input shaft of the transaxle from the back "drilled a 1.25 hole in the housing to see through while I welded it, to ensure a good weld"
